Faunatic Aquarium Supplies is committed to respecting your privacy. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. Shipping and payment information will be required when you register for a purchase, but will be used only to service your account. You will receive our newsletters to keep you aware of new releases and special offers, but you may unsubscribe at any time. Simply change your preference by editing your account menu. Using Faunatic aquarium supplies and providing your personal information confers acceptance of the privacy policy described in this policy statement.
Damage & Warranty
If you receive a damaged item due to transportation, a claim must be filed with your insurance carrier. If you receive a manufacturer defective item, the only warranties applicable to the products are the manufacturers' warranties. If your product is not functioning properly, please call our Technical Support Department at 817-550-3454 as soon as possible. Our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving any product problems. However, in rare instances, a product may be defective. In such a case, claims require direct contact with the manufacturer of the product. Damaged items must be sent directly to the manufacturer for evaluation and inspection.
Return Policy
If you receive an incorrect item, call the Return Department at (817) 550-3454 within 24 hours of arrival or email us at contact@faunatic.com. We will send you the replacement and pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please mail all other returns within 10 days, along with your account number, to the following address:

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds may be placed back onto your credit card or given as a store credit. We cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened. Therefore, please check the packaging and label carefully before opening to be sure you have received the correct product and version. Return shipping to us will be at your own expense.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped in Texas will be charged sales tax based on the county's rate.
